For years, when a BWC IME was done on one of my patients, I read the reports and couldn’t believe what I was reading. Dr. Ronald Farabaugh has made tools available that help keep a rebuttal clear and focused. It’s great to know that when ODG is quoted against your patients’ claim or your requested care, that you do have resources to state your case, often using the IME’s report against them. I have prevailed in most of the cases because of work comp rebuttal forms and examples of arguments you provided last year.
